Ordering

  • When placing an order, you agree that any information given is accurate and correct.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability 
  • All prices listed on site are correct at the time of entering however we reserve the right to change prices at any time
  • We are not responsible for any injury or damage when using our product
  • Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on any sale items

Faulty Products

  • Products will be sent and delivered in good state and in the correct quantity ordered
  • Kent lashes will do everything possible to make sure your product arrives to you in excellent condition however if you find you have received a faulty product it is your responsibility to tell us about the faulty product within 7 working days of receiving the product. You agree to return the product in its current condition for inspection. In order to provide a resolution for a faulty product we may need your assistance. Please provide order and tracking numbers. In depth information on how the product is faulty.
  • Each product is intended for professional use only and strictly in accordance with the latest instructions sat out on the website or in the packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the products professionally.
  • All returns must be correctly packed and sent recorded delivery.
  • We are unable to offer refunds for the initial postage cost of your order unless the products are deemed faulty.

Payments

  • We accept PayPal and Bank Transfers
  • Full payment is required before goods are dispatched

Training

  • You are required to submit your payment in order to confirm your place
  • Once payment has cleared, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your place on the course at which point a binding contract between you and us will be formed
  • Please allow 24 hours for your confirmation email

Cancellation/Refunds

Should there be any reason why you may not be able to attend the confirmed date at least 2 weeks notice is required to reschedule. Any request to reschedule received within 2 weeks will incur a charge up to the full amount of the training fee.

All training deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
